I thought it was a third edition. My classmates have a different book- mine works just fine though- I have the mostly the same content.
Normally I don't make a habit of re-reading material from a college textbook, especially one out side of my major - but this book is the exception. It is well-constructed volume of information that has real world, daily applications. I found myself really examining my own behaviors and communication skills and finding areas in need of improvement versus just reading the book because the professor assigned it.If your professor chooses this book for your class, odds are you've got a pretty good professor.
Very fast, but the book was not quite in as good a condition as described.
The book i received is coming apart, the book is in such bad condition that i am scared to open it, i flipped one the page and 3 more came with it, i get it is a rented book but come on! too bad i need it for my class that already started.
It was in okay shape for being used, But there was gum used in some of the page. Super gross.
These are the same as the Goal Zero lights, at s much better price!! I love them ðŸ˜
